Whether your recent payment failed or you just got a new card, the simplest way to update your payment method is to fill out this form.

If your payment failed recently your account will be suspended. You will need to update your payment method. It can take up to 48 hours for your access to be re-enabled once your payment is updated, so please be patient.


If your subscription payment fails at any point, we will notify you via email (and text if you're opted-in to text alerts) with instructions on how to update your payment information. We will contact you twice over a period of 7 days to update your payment. Failure to update your payment method or respond to the failed payment messages will result in your subscription be cancelled.


On the Update Payment Form, it is imperative you enter the email address used on your account without any errors. If you use a different email address or it contains any errors or typos, our system will not be able to recognize your account and will update your payment.
